What boredom, walnuts, lemon & sugar do for me on an uneventful Thursday night:
Four batches (2 cups each) of candied walnuts and my first attempt at candied lemon peels. I deem the candied lemon peels only semi-successful. I was able to complete the total process, unfortunately the lemon peels shrank so they're really tiny. Next time I'll know that I have to have larger peels.
