Since I was still awake and feeling restless at 2am this morning I decided to try and make [leche] flan. Most of the recipes I've tried this year came from allrecipes.com (as a recommendation from a couple friends who like to cook and try different recipes). This was my final result.
So yummy. The longest part was making the caramel coating. Melting a cup of sugar took at least 20 minutes. Other than that it was pretty easy.
