Today I went to a monarch butterfly grove in Grover Beach.
A decent amount of time has passed since I've really spent some time in the great outdoors. As cliche as it might sound, taking a walk in the grove was really quite peaceful and made me realize that I do genuinely enjoy nature's beauty. And I know there are a ton of hikes, trails and parks to check out in the Bay Area. Too bad I spent most of my weekends as a retail slave... :(
