My first brewery tour of Firestone Walker, a California Central Coast brewery!
Extra yeast = extra overflowing foam. According to our host, this was a rare picture opportunity:
Just FYI, Firestone Walker is 1 of 2 breweries in the US to age its ales in American Oak barrels:
The yellow tube carries the beer around the brewery to the different parts of the factory (from the beginning hot water+yeast+hops mixture to the oak barrels for aging to the bottling process):

Just another fun fact about firestone: since it's only a mid-size brewery it's only available on the west coast (for now). Yay for California beer!
